json - the best way to save data -

my problem simple, short :

1- should create website people can enter informations ( lot of numbers), then, should generate final result based on informations.. ( here exemple of people should enter in website : enter image description here

my problem : there lot of data , numbers, , difficult , long put informations in databases, , exploit them 1 one, thought using json, i'm not sure yet. don't have lot of time,that's why don't want waste time testing don't know if it's right thing or not. have nice day everyone
