on test server running windows server 2012, in windows\microsoft.net\framework folder, see several folders, highest version# 4.0.30319 how can tell if have 4.6 framework installed? also, 4.6 framework still considered part of 4.0 framework? if 4.6 installed, shows when go set framework app pool in iis?
