How to create templates that update template-based files in Visual Studio Code? -

i'm moving web project dreamweaver visual studio code , after spending many hours going through available extensions in market place, have not been able find 1 updates template-based files when template edited.

some of extensions tried: file templates vscode extension, template generator, volt: template engine, code-template-replace

does know if possible? in advance.
