c# - How to set icon for resized buttom group in excel ribbon? -

hi i'm creating excel addin include new ribbon tab, , set corresponding icon each buton. but, anytime excel window resized , button group shows empty ball icon. how can set icon whole group displayed when resized?

in image - grouped & ungrouped example can see 1 group ("simulation") not grouped, , other groups "add new products" & "scenarios" grouped.
