i'm not sure when or if license changed itext# library, licensed under agpl means must licensed if included closed-source product. question not (currently) require free or open-source libraries. 1 should investigate license type of library used in project.

i have used itext# success in .net c# 3.5; port of open source java library pdf generation , it's free.

there nuget package available itextsharp version 5 , official developer documentation, c# examples, can found @ itextpdf.com
