paypal - How can I be notified when a recurring payment fails? -

a client has civicrm site uses paypal payments pro (legacy) payment processor. (legacy last version worked civicrm , provides recurring billing)

my client's users sign memberships, of pay recurring payments. if recurring payment fails, , subscription lapses, client know, can reach out user or otherwise take informed action.

how can set things client informed if recurring payment fails?
