php - Cloudflare returning ipv4 address and desktop application returning ipv6 -

when user downloads application, cloudflare forwards http_cf_connecting_ip. however, when application run. against same php script, cloudflare returns ipv6 address in http_cf_connecting_ip var.

how can cloudflare or server consistent ip?
