dns - Mailgun emails are blocked by a particular domain -

when use mailgun's smtp config, mails 1 particular domain blocked. if use gmail's smtp config instead, mails go through. reason mailgun's mails blocked? domain admin claims there no sign of email in logs when mailgun sends email.
